The nearest railway station is New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP), around 140 km from Rolep. From NJP, you can pre-book a car to Rolep directly or take a shared car towards Gangtok and drop off at Rangpo, with local taxis available from Rangpo to Rolep.

For road travelers, the nearest bus stand is Siliguri Bus Stand, with NH10 connecting Siliguri to Gangtok, passing through Rangpo. Shared cabs from Siliguri to Gangtok can drop you at Rangpo, where local transport is available to Rolep. Rolep is approximately 140-155 km from New Jalpaiguri and Bagdogra, and about 35 km from Rangpo, making it a manageable destination to reach by air, rail, or road.
