DAYWISE ITINERARY

• Day 1 : Bagdogra Airport or NJP Station to Gangtok (124-126 kms/4-5 Hrs.)

  Arrive at the airport or railway station and drive to Gangtok, the Capital of Sikkim and check in at your hotel. Spend the evening at your leisure and stay overnight at Gangtok.

• Day 2 : Gangtok to Tsongo Lake with Baba Mandir Excursion

  Savour a delicious breakfast and drive to Tsomgo Lake, a high altitude alpine lake close to Indo-China Border. Here you can play in the snow and try the Yak ride. Later, proceed further to Legendary Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir. Arrive back at your hotel for a late lunch. In the afternoon, you can indulge in personal activities or go shopping and explore on your own. At night, retire to your hotel for an overnight stay.

• Day 3 : Gangtok city tour
  • After a hearty breakfast at the hotel, get ready to begin your Gangtok sightseeing tour
  • Start off by visiting the Tashi Viewpoint and admire the beauty of Mt.Kanchenjunga Ranges
  • Adore the panaromic views of Gangtok as you embrace the spiritual side of Gangtok by visiting Ganesh Tok and Hanuman Tok
  • Visit the Cottage and Handloom Center to know more about the production of local handicrafts
  • Get a chance to understand the rich culture of Tibet as you visit the Institute of Tibetology
  • Listen to the peaceful chantings and prayers of the Buddhist Monks at Dro-DulChorten Monastery
  • Witness the exotic flora of Sikkim under one roof at the Flower Exhibitoion Centre in Gangtok
  • Spend some time in nature as you visit some of the most beautiful waterfalls around Gangtok like Ban Jhakri Falls, Lhasa Waterfalls and Bakthang Waterfalls
  • Upon completing the day's sightseeing return back to the hotel
  • Overnight stay at the hotel in Gangtok

• Day 4 : Gangtok To Darjeeling Transfer

  AFTER BREAKFAST PICK UP YOUR BAGS AND COMPLETE THE CHECK OUT FORMALITIES AS THIS IS THE LAST DAY AT SIKKIM DURING YOUR JOURNEY TO DARJEELING YOU WILL VISIT SOME WOUNDERFUL VIEW POINTS. OVERNIGHT AT DARJEELING HOTEL.

• Day 5 : Darjeeling city tour

  Depart early in the morning for a tour of Darjeeling. Visit attractions like Tiger Hill Sunrise Point, Batasia Loop and Ghum Monastery. Spend some leisurely time between breakfast and lunch. Post-Lunch City Tour - Visit Darjeeling Zoo and Mountaineering Institute (closed on Thursday), Tea Garden, Tenzing Rock and Gombu Rock, Tibetan Refugee Center (closed on Sunday) and Lebong Race Course Area. In the evening, set out on a shopping spree to the mall. Spend the night in Darjeeling and relax.

• Day 6 : Departure

  Leave your hotel in Darjeeling for Bagdogra Airport and head towards your home. Cherish the magical memories of your trip to the Himalayas
